Send us your info through the website and we'll call you within 24 hours to lock in your shoot date — we don't use an online calendar, everything's confirmed by phone.

We understand plans change. Reschedules with at least 48 hours notice are free — just let us know and we'll get you rebooked. Reschedules with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee, as outlined in your booking agreement.

Standard packages cover posting the footage on your own social account. If you want to run it as a paid ad, on your website, or use it in any other commercial capacity, that requires a usage license add-on — just ask us for pricing when you book.

Yes — if none of the three packages fit exactly what you need, we can build a custom quote around a specific project, or combine elements from different tiers. Just reach out with what you're looking to shoot and we'll put together pricing that fits.

Safety and quality both matter, so if the weather isn't cooperating, we'll reach out to reschedule at no charge — this doesn't count toward the rescheduling fee that applies to client-requested changes, since it's outside your control.

Projects under $2,000 are invoiced after the shoot with Net 15 or Net 30 terms, depending on the project. Projects over $2,000 require a deposit upfront to secure your booking, with the remaining balance invoiced upon completion. We accept Check, Venmo, Zelle, and cash.
