FAQ
Common questions.
Do you only work with automotive clients?
No. Automotive is a major part of the portfolio, but TruLux also creates content for brands, businesses, products, and events. The project scope depends on what you need to communicate and create.
What if I need to reschedule?
We understand plans change. Reschedules with at least 48 hours notice are free — just let us know and we'll get you rebooked. Reschedules with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee, as outlined in your booking agreement.
Can you travel outside Arizona?
Travel may be available for select projects. Share the location and schedule in your inquiry so travel costs and logistics can be quoted clearly.
What if it rains or the weather's bad on shoot day?
Safety and quality both matter, so if the weather isn't cooperating, we'll reach out to reschedule at no charge — this doesn't count toward the rescheduling fee that applies to client-requested changes, since it's outside your control.
How do I pay?
Projects under $2,000 are invoiced after the shoot with Net 15 or Net 30 terms, depending on the project. Projects over $2,000 require a deposit upfront to secure your booking, with the remaining balance invoiced upon completion. We accept Stripe, Zelle, Check or Cash.
